Tessy provides bespoke luxury cakes and private dining services for private clients, weddings, and exclusive events across the United Kingdom.

Her work blends classical European patisserie techniques with global culinary influences, including refined West African and Caribbean-inspired cuisine, to offer clients a distinctive and elevated dining experience.
